Rights & Reproductions
Using Our Images

The Arkell Museum welcomes requests for images and the rights to reproduce images of objects owned by the museum for research and publication. However, each request is considered separately, and permission is granted on an individual basis at the discretion of the Museum.

Digital and color transparencies are available for most paintings in the collection. Usage fees vary, depending on the type of image requested and the intended use.

Once your request is reviewed and accepted, you will receive a form, which serves as both contract and invoice, and our list of conditions for reproduction of imagery.

Images are sent 1-3 weeks after completed forms and payment have been received.

For your convenience, you may download our Rights & Reproductions Request form, which contains:

  • Terms and Conditions for Reproduction of Images
  • Photography Request Form
  • Price List & Fees for Image Rental and Reproductions Rights

Questions about requesting images and reproduction rights should be sent by email.
