Holiday Appeal

We all want to give back to our communities during the holiday season. You can help by becoming a member of the Arkell Museum. Purchasing a gift membership or contributing to our Annual Appeal is another great way to give back.

Our annual memberships support the exhibitions and programs of the Arkell Museum and Canajoharie Library. All members enjoy unlimited free admission to the Arkell Museum and a 10% discount to the Museum Shop. Plus, the Arkell Museum is a member of the Empire State Museums Reciprocal Program; our members receive free admission to any other participating museum and a 10% discount to most of their gift shops as well. Your support also allows us to be a Blue Star Museum offering year-round free admission to all active-duty and reserve personnel, and reduced admission to their families. You can learn more about the benefits of our different membership levels on our membership page.

For each NEW membership purchased on or before December 30, you will receive one additional free membership at the same level. This can be given to a family member or friend, or, if everyone you know is already an Arkell Museum member (we hope!) you are welcome to donate that back to us and we will make sure it is given to a family who can use it here in our community.

To purchase your membership, check out below via PayPal or call (518) 673-2314. If you call in your membership purchase, please have the name and contact information of the person(s) you wish to receive the gift membership(s). For those of you purchasing a membership online, we will follow up shortly with a phone call or email.

Not interested in a membership? We always welcome donations to help support the mission of the Arkell Museum and Canajoharie Library. You can contribute to our Annual Appeal through Paypal.
