Artist's Talk & Gallery Tour with Christine Heller

Join artist Christine Heller for a discussion of the inspiration and process behind her series of portraits in the exhibit "Truth is the only Safe Ground to Stand Upon," depicting suffragists who fought to bring the vote to New York's women one hundred years ago. Heller will examine her own work in more detail, as well as the individual women who she has portrayed in her work.

Admission to the program is free, and doors will open at 6:30. For more information, please contact Jenna Peterson Riley, Curator of Education & Public Engagement at jriley@arkellmuseum.org or (518) 673-2314 x 113.
