Let’s Talk Art: How to Enjoy a Museum

Join Curator of Education and Public Engagement, Mary Alexander, as she discusses how to enjoy an art museum (or any museum).
Do museums intimidate you? Thats ok! We are here to help you get comfortable with visiting one, and help make the experience personal and important to you!
We will discuss tips and tricks to get the most out of your visit.
We will discuss how best to enjoy the museum with your kids.
We will talk about visiting a museum on your own.
We will talk about visiting a museum with a person with physical disabilities, dementia, mental illness, or special needs.

We will is the Arkell Museum as an example, but will touch on a variety of types of museums and historic sites.

This is a 45 minute Zoom session.
