Summer Building Extravaganza

Visit the classroom of the Arkell Museum and Canajoharie Library between August 7th- 10th for an all day, drop-in, LEGO Building contest.

All entries will be displayed in the adult fiction section of the Library from August 13th- 17th for voting in person and on Facebook.

The winner will receive a prize!

This is a free program. All ages are welcome to participate.

Animal Track Adventures with George Steele

Join us on August 2nd at 2 pm in the classroom of the Arkell Museum and Canajoharie Library for a program with naturalist George Steele.

We will learn to identify species based on the tracks they make and decorate a bandana with different animal tracks.

This is a free program; all supplies are included. For older kids and tweens. Registration requested.

Caroga Arts Ensemble at the Arkell Museum

Join us in the Great Hall as the Arkell Museum and Canajoharie Library on August 1st at 7 pm as we proudly present the Caroga Arts Ensemble.
The beautiful sounds of Caroga Arts Ensemble will fill the Great Hall with chamber music both classical and contemporary. Enjoy a magnificent group of award winning artists as they show their skill and expertise with pieces of music guaranteed to delight.

Doors open at 6:30 PM.

This is a free concert. Open to all ages. Best for older children, teens, and adults.
